What if my boss is a woman.

Anytime women lead management positions,people wonder if she truly can handle the job. The answer is as simple as yes or no depending on the setting and the if the management is mostly male or female .

I have worked for both male and female bosses, both see work, priorities and life differently.Some male bosses act like a female boss would. Most people believe that working with women are hard, but the reality is that women in leadership roles have businesses with the same breakdown as their male counterparts. Working in a women-led office can mean you as an employee have more say in decision-making processes. The fact is women seem to feel threatened by other women in the workplace and can sabotage each other.

Women are typically more mentors in female-dominated professions;while men are more commanding in male-dominated profession. Women are slightly more likely to serve as role models, helping employees develop their skills, and motivating them to be dedicated and creative. Women also appeared to reward good performance more than men and of course would allow employees voice their opinions . All things been equal both are the same but no two offices are alike.

Anyone who comments that some male bosses never cross the line with sexual harassment and bullying female employees is either sense impaired or lying. Male and female bosses love having power over others, and they exercise it as often as possible. So, is your female boss better than having a male boss?.
