Meal times Great times.

There are ways to dwell in unity ,love ,understanding with members of your family. The simplest is sharing a meal. This helps in cementing family relationships.

Its always difficult to gather members of my family to eat together especially with the hustle and bustle at these present times. Most times,everyone wants to eat in their rooms or in front of the television. At times,due to the fact,that I feels skipping meals will help in weight reduction, I skips the meal. 

Meal times afford you time to bond with members of your family and gives everyone a sense of security and belonging. They are great times to relax and enjoy the pleasures of eating together. People eat more balanced meals and a variety of food if they eat with family and friends. As a result of this,eating disorders are kept at bay.

Children also open up at meal times. They will also learn social and interactive skills. Talking to children at meal times are great ways to build their trust. It binds families together as they share the pot. It is a time to praise God together as a family for another opportunity to be together.
