Ekiti State Deputy Govenor passes on

 Ekiti state governor passes on of a protacted cancer at the age of 52. She died in a hospital whoe receiving treatment.

Mrs Olayinka was an accomplished banker for 21 years. She is survived by her husband and three children.

 With a lot of people trying to lose weight in Nigeria,the question I want to ask is what is the best food to eat to lose weight.  We are blessed with a lot of starchy foods-rice,yam,cocoyam,irish potatoes,:let's face it ,we even eat it everyday,in parties,with friends,we even add it to soups. Its not like the soups are fat free. Infact some families I know of always eat soup with garri(prepared from cassava) at least once everyday. With this culture,we need to know what best to eat.
