With a lot of people trying to lose weight in Nigeria,the question I want to ask is what is the best food to eat to lose weight. We are blessed with a lot of starchy foods-rice,yam,cocoyam,irish potatoes,:let's face it ,we even eat it everyday,in parties,with friends,we even add it to soups. Its not like the soups are fat free. Infact some families I know of always eat soup with garri(prepared from cassava) at least once everyday. With this culture,we need to know what best to eat. The only party I attended that the caterers prepared beans ,was talked about for months for being weird. Loosing weight seems like an expensive venture, with the way and manner we eat. Though it seems easy but it is hard. Most times when watching foreign channels, I really wonder if anything goes into their stomach, the size is just so small and the amount of almost fresh vegetables in it is so much or maybe I am imagining it.
