 With a lot of people trying to lose weight in Nigeria,the question I want to ask is what is the best food to eat to lose weight.  We are blessed with a lot of starchy foods-rice,yam,cocoyam,irish potatoes,:let's face it ,we even eat it everyday,in parties,with friends,we even add it to soups. Its not like the soups are fat free. Infact some families I know of always eat soup with garri(prepared from cassava) at least once everyday. With this culture,we need to know what best to eat. The only party I attended that the caterers prepared beans ,was talked about for months for being weird. Loosing weight seems like an expensive venture, with the way and manner we eat. I have worked for both male and female bosses, both see work, priorities and life differently.Some male bosses act like a female boss would.
